The future is bright for USC’s Fulbright scholars

Eleven current and recently graduated Trojans have been selected for the prestigious Fulbright Fellowship on the basis of academic achievement and commitment to cultural engagement.

Five students from the USC Graduate School received the PhD Achievement Award this month in recognition of their outstanding academic profiles. New this year, the award highlights the most exceptional PhD candidates of the academic year.


USC Dornsife students nab top prizes in 14th annual symposium

For USC Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences undergraduates Ellen Park and Kevin Le, the idea of engineering a synthetic version of the E. coli immune system to learn how to defeat antibiotic resistance sparked a passion for research and two years of rigorous work in a laboratory.
