Trojans begin football camp Aug. 8; many practices open to public

Hopes are high as team looks to the upcoming season

With high hopes and expectations for the upcoming season, the USC football squad begins fall camp on Aug. 8. Many of USC’s on-campus practices are open to the public, so fans are welcome to come out and support the Trojans as they prepare for the upcoming season.

Fans will be required to sign in before entering practice so be sure to bring an ID. The public will be able to watch practice from the east sideline of Howard Jones Field or from the deck of Dedeaux Field. Remember that in-season practices are closed to the public, so take advantage of the opportunity to see the Trojans in action before the season kicks off.

Here is the list of fall camp practices that are open to the public (availability and times are subject to change):

Saturday, Aug. 8: 6:30 p.m.
Sunday, Aug. 9: 6:30 p.m.
Monday, Aug. 10: 2:30 p.m.
Tuesday, Aug. 11: 7 p.m.
Wednesday, Aug. 12: 7 p.m.
Friday, Aug. 14: 8:45 a.m.
Saturday, Aug. 15: 2:30 p.m.
Sunday, Aug. 16: 2:30 p.m.
Monday, Aug. 17: 6:45 p.m.
Wednesday, Aug. 19: 9 a.m.
Thursday,Aug. 20: 2:30 p.m.
Friday, Aug. 21: 2:30 p.m.
Saturday, Aug. 22: 2:30 p.m.

The Trojans are expected to be a force on the field this season. The Pac-12 media poll projects the Trojans to win the conference.
