Keck Medicine of USC’s University Park Campus ambulatory care practice is offering expanded services and accepting new patients at its state-of-the-art location.

In addition to primary care and rheumatology services, this primary and specialty care practice for UPC faculty and staff now offers endocrinology, nutrition medicine, dermatology, orthopaedic surgery and gynecological services.

The expanded offerings are a result of input received from more than 1,400 staff and faculty, said Dana Habers, chief operating officer for USC Care Medical Group Inc., which operates Keck Medicine-UPC.

“Our goal for this office has always been to offer a convenient, patient-driven practice for UPC faculty and staff to access Keck Medicine of USC’s leading caliber services,” Habers said. “We wanted to gauge the input of the people who would be using this practice most and are excited about the addition of these new specialties. We’re confident they reflect the services that faculty and staff find most important to them and look forward to expanding even further in 2014.”

Keck Medicine-UPC, which offers same-day access, opened in January. The 3,224-square-foot, five-day-a-week practice is housed on the fourth floor of the USC Engemann Student Health Center, has six well-appointed exam rooms and one procedure room.

“Because this site is truly designed around our university patients, it will continue to grow and adapt to best meet their needs,” said Director Brie Roumeliotis. “As more specialists join and services expand, we will evolve into a destination for convenient, high-quality care.”

The office is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. To learn more about services or to make an appointment, call (800) USC-CARE.
