LA County honors USC law enforcer

USC Department of Public Safety detective Josh Voyda ’98 was recognized by the Peace Officers Association of Los Angeles County for his exceptional work in cyber investigations. Voyda’s specialized computer skills have led to several significant arrests and convictions for robbery, burglary and theft.
Voyda, who majored in international relations at the USC Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences, received his honor during the annual Centurion Awards Banquet held recently in Burbank.
Other notable attendees included Los Angeles County Sheriff Leroy D. Baca MPA ’73, DPA ’93 and Los Angeles County District Attorney Steve Cooley JD ’73.
