School of Pharmacy to fete its centennial

The USC School of Pharmacy will host an elegant dinner gala commemorating 100-years of leadership in pharmacy education, pharmaceutical research and patient care. Art Ulene—a special friend to the School of Pharmacy—will serve as master of ceremonies.

One of the high points of the gala will be a tribute to several prominent alumni and friends whose support has been integral to the School of Pharmacy’s success. Honorees include Jane and Gale Bensussen, Josephine and William Heeres and Helena and DeWight Titus. In addition, Dean Timothy Chan will be recognized for his 20 years of service to the School of Pharmacy. After holding the deanship for more than a decade, Chan will step down at the end of June.

The gala will be held on April 10 at the Regent Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills. Individual seats and complete tables of 10 are available for purchase. For more information, please contact the School of Pharmacy Development Office at (323) 442-1360.
