With students arriving in less than two months and retail tenants moving in even sooner, the work at USC Village is quickly coming to an end. The $700 million residential and retail complex brings eight new residential colleges along with a variety of dining and shopping options, including a Target and a Trader Joe’s store. At $700 million, it’s the largest development in the history of South Los Angeles.
