The new home of USC women’s soccer and lacrosse will open next year.

The $38 million project will feature spectator viewing decks and social spaces, a state-of-the-art press box, concession stands and a capacity of 2,500.

USC won conference championships in women’s beach volleyball and men’s tennis on Saturday, and women’s lacrosse and water polo on Sunday.

The win means an automatic berth in the upcoming NCAA championships.

Eight of the university’s women’s teams finished in the Top 10 in NCAA championship play.
