A Message About the Doheny Library Retrofit

The end of 1999 begins the Doheny Library Retrofit and Preservation Project, when the library will close until spring 2001.

During the closure, most of the library’s books will be housed at the Grand Depository, an off-campus library facility. Doheny journals will remain within the building. Both books and journals will be accessible through paging.

Books must now be moved to the Grand Depository, beginning immediately. Doing this task during the summer will greatly minimize disruption to services during the fall semester.

During the entire process all books will be readily available through paging. For more information, consult the Doheny Circulation Desk (740-2429).
