USC Rossier offers exclusive job matchmaking for alums

by Andrea Bennett

The USC Rossier School of Education has announced its partnership with myEDmatch.com, a new job-matching site, to help alumni find the best teaching jobs.

The site, which launched on Feb. 25, can be described as online dating for jobs, bringing together teachers and schools that are the best fit for one another.

As the first university partner of myEDmatch.com, USC Rossier continues to demonstrate its commitment to helping alumni build successful careers in the teaching field.

The new site matches teachers and schools that share common missions and beliefs based on an online beliefs assessment in several core dimensions. Teachers create online profiles designed as a digital resume and virtual portfolio to help better highlight and market their skills through video, sample work documents, data and photos. Teachers can also proactively search for opportunities by researching school profiles and job postings on myEDmatch.

USC Rossier alumni can join myEDmatch for free and are encouraged to visit the site to create their profiles. Students who will be completing their programs soon are also encouraged to sign up at myEDmatch.com.
