Breisch is an adjunct associate professor in the USC School of Architecture.

USC architecture professor Ken Breisch will be honored at the 12th annual Evening of Art fund-raiser to be held May 20 by the HeArt Project.

The HeArt Project is a nonprofit organization that faciliates long-term, dynamic learning experiences between professional artists and hard-to-reach teenagers.

The annual fund-raiser, whose honorees will include songwriter Mike Stoller, musical producer Corky Hale Stoller and teen retailer Hot Topic at The Ebell of Los Angeles, supports The HeArt Project’s arts programs at severely underfunded alternative high schools in Los Angeles County.

Breisch, an adjunct associate professor in the USC School of Architecture, has authored “Henry Hobson Richardson and the Small Public Library in America: A Study in Typology” (MIT Press, 1997).

Tickets to the event are $100. The evening will include dinner and a silent auction featuring artwork from local artists.
