Trojans hit the weight room, the track, the pool and everywhere else you think of to exercise as Health & Wellness Week got underway.

The event, which runs Oct. 24-28, features the F45 Playoffs on the visiting fitness rig in McCarthy Quad. Students rotated between the rig’s 10 workout stations in a timed competition.

Health & Wellness Week activities encourage various aspects of wellness among students, from meditation workshops and therapy dog sessions to nutrition education and free fitness courses.

Students, staff and faculty were also encouraged to log their minutes engaging in a wellness activity to accrue points for USC in the Pac-12 Fitness Challenge, a friendly competition among the conference’ 12 schools.
