One in 10 adults in the United States — more than 20 million people — are suffering from some degree of chronic kidney disease.

USC Provost Professor Andy McMahon, holder of the W.M. Keck Professorship of Stem Cell Biology and Regenerative Medicine, is finding new ways to repair and regenerate this vital organ for USC Stem Cell.
